The Paraprofessional position, provides direct crisis stabilization and crisis prevention services for individuals in the REACH program diagnosed with co-occurring developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (state of Virginia, unless otherwise approved by agency) with an acceptable driving record. Must maintain acceptable record throughout employment.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
