Job Summary:
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Account Manager to provide support to our Sr. VP of Risk Management. The hours are flexible, with the ideal schedule being 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5pm. There is potential for remote work after the initial training period.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, and other related items accurately and on time
- Ensure accurate data in Agency Management System
- Maintain electronic files with accuracy and consistency
- Respond to client inquiries regarding their coverage
- Provide general administrative support to the risk management team

Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Prior experience with Epic or other agency management system preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred
- P&C license is preferred
