Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized part-time FSO for an immediate opportunity.

This position will be part of the HR team and will provide HR and security administrator support to our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead effort for TS FCL clearance
• Provide part-time Facility Security Officer (FSO) support
• Ensure compliance with DCSA regulations and NISPOM
• Prepare for DCSA and other government inspections .
• Process Security Clearances – Initial, Periodic Reinvestigations, Transfers, upgrades, downgrades; ensure necessary paperwork is completed
• Prepare visit authorization requests
• Perform security briefings/debriefings (SF 312, new employees and employee terminations etc.)
• Maintain all facility clearance records (SF 328, KMP list, etc.)
• Assist with preparing DD254

Qualifications:

• One (1) to two (2) years of security administrator experience
• Current FSO certification preferred
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
• Proficiency in JPAS, DISS, and NISS
• Solid Understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
