Job description
Looking for a reliable hard working part time maintenance/groundsperson.
Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance etc.
Painting, Cleaning and turning units.
Drivers license is a requirement. Must have clean criminal record and pass a drug screening.
Willing to work out a preferred schedule with the right candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Property maintenance or construction background: 1 year (Preferred)
