Metes & Bounds Management Company, a Minneapolis based property management firm of 45+ years, has a great opportunity for a part-time property manager for a Section 8 Family property in the Wadena area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtaining/processing required documentation for move-ins and certifications
- Review certification files
- Maintain waiting list
- Respond to resident emails and phone calls
- Maintain and set up resident files with proper paperwork and supporting documents
- Supervision of staff
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Project Based Section 8 & Tax Credit Compliance regulations helpful
- Familiarity with 4350.3 HUD Handbook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks & multi-task in a busy office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient computer skills

- Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- LIHTC: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
