Wildlife Learning has an immediate part-time opening for a Learning Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. The Learning Coordinator will demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in the administration and organization of all training programs across a global customer base. As the Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of our Learning Management System for programs such as New Hire Training and Onboarding, Train the Trainer (T3), and more! You will work with your team to ensure that our customers are provided with the world’s best training and learning opportunities across all regions !
Responsibilities:
A day in the life as the Learning Coordinator begins and ends with focus on customer needs and quality learning experience for our customers. You will work with the rest of the team to coordinate training events and training delivery needs and data entry and analysis using our tools.
You will focus on the following concepts:
- Program Administration: Demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in core job duties and assigned programs
- Customer Service: Become an expert user in the UKG Learning system, process and communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders. Communicate to our customers and partners with a friendly, polished, and knowledgeable approach.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate and schedule training events and coordinate logistics.
- Learning Management System Expert: Become an expert in using our LMS in order to maintain courses, offerings, registration, and reports. Leverage the functions of our LMS to streamline registration, tracking and reporting processes. Represent the team on company-wide LMS project teams.
- Process Improvement: Automate and simplify routine processes to make room for more complex work.

- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 1 year of experience as a Learning Coordinator or in a similar role
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Operate on a hybrid schedule and commute to Marietta, Georgia (75% remote, 25% on-site in Marietta Georgia)
