Partner Manager / Marketing Manager

At Novum Bank we are looking to add a ‘Partner Manager’ to our team of ‘Digital Marketing Experts’. In a fast-paced growing business our external partnerships are an important channel for our business. As we further expand and grow our business in different markets across Europe and the role of these partnerships is more important than ever before. Therefore, we are looking for someone who lives for relationship building and has a sharp eye for contacting other relevant parties. This is a Hybrid role so we are comfortable with creating a home / work ethos that suits the successful candidate.

Role:

• Manage and grow Existing and Develop New Partnerships.
• Structure, Negotiate and Manage Partner Contracts.
• Build and Execute our Partner Strategy with ‘Best in Class Analytics.
• Assure that we are connected everywhere and with everyone. Ensuring there is no Partnerships in the Market that is not on our Radar.
• You’ll be the ‘First Point’ of Contact for all External Relationships.
• Work directly with the ‘Head of Marketing’ and other stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize opportunities within and outside of your role.

Skills:

• 3+ Years’ experience managing a Partner Portfolio on the Advertiser side
• Fluent German Speaking and able to communicate professionally in English.
• Strong Analytical and Creative problem-solving skills.
• A demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn
• Expertise with Google Analytics and other Web Analytics Tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
