Knapp Chevrolet Buick is currently looking for a quality individual to be part of our successful team. Qualified candidates for this position will be working in our parts department and will be responsible for:

• Performing good communication with customers and technicians
• Providing prompt and efficient customer service.
• Prioritize services required.

Job requirements are:

• Customer service (greeting customer, answering phone, problem solving)
• Ordering parts for technicians
• Meet company's customer service goals.

Candidate must have the following:

• Valid MI driver's license
• Computer proficiency
• Organized, dependable and motivated
• Previous Ford parts department

This position offers:
