Job description

Parts Sales Specialist will work directly with Snake River Manufacturing customers to ensure we are providing them with quality parts on time. Our specialists work directly with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse and engineering teams to ensure our customers receive timely and accurate information and parts.

Roles:

  • Update records within Engineering database.
  • Produce accurate and user-friendly operator manuals for equipment manufactured at SR.
  • Design for manufacturing snow blowing and agricultural equipment for global customers.
  • Document all required data necessary to consistently produce quality products.
  • Validate engineering designs to customers specifications.
  • Create technical documents for customers and SRM service, and parts departments
  • Finish projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service.
  • Accelerate machine uptime by providing customers the parts they need to eliminate or prevent machine downtime.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails immediately upon receipt.
  • Assist with forecasting parts demand and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Work with other department team members to solve customers’ issues.
  • Document customer needs and follow through with vendors and manufactures to ensure parts are being delivered to customers most efficiently.
  • Assist with procurement of purchased parts and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained.
  • Assist with warehouse functions to ensure accurate inventory and delivery of parts.
  • Provide support for timely shipping of parts to customers.
  • Track parts sales from receipt of order to delivery and installation of products to customers.
  • Communicate with customers on the status and delivery of parts sales.
  • Set and Exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Trade School is desirable, High school diploma or equivalent is required as a minimum.
  • Familiar with the 3-D modeling software Solid-works
  • Competency in Microsoft office products along with an understanding of other data entry

software.

Physical Demand:
