Patient Care Scheduler - Pediatric Therapy
Job description
North Valley Pediatric Therapy of Phoenix, AZ is currently hiring for a dynamic full-time Patient Care Scheduler. This position works a schedule of Monday - Friday, typically 8 hour days and there are no weekends! Must be organized and have ability to multitask, answer heavy call volume, and perform other front office duties. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and professional individual.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining schedule for therapists
Greet and welcome all patients in a friendly and professional manner
Checking patients in at the front desk for their appointment
Collecting payments
Answering phones
Compiling medical records and charts
Operating computer software and office equipment
Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office
Qualifications:
Previous scheduling experience a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills (must be able to type proficiently)
Excellent attendance record
Ability to manage challenging situations in a professional manner
Outgoing and friendly personality
