Payroll Clerk
Manalapan, NJ
Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a strong Payroll Clerk that is available full time Monday through Friday 830am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll (collecting timesheets, entering in the data applicant system, working in conjunction with our head quarter office.
- Maintain office facilities Requirements, tracking new hires, exceptions, reimbursements, organizing notes by the clinical team.
- Assist with organization, keeping filing room clean and organized, making sure supplies are stocked
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
- Excellent communicative, planning and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
- Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
