Payroll Clerk

Manalapan, NJ

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a strong Payroll Clerk that is available full time Monday through Friday 830am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll (collecting timesheets, entering in the data applicant system, working in conjunction with our head quarter office.
  • Maintain office facilities Requirements, tracking new hires, exceptions, reimbursements, organizing notes by the clinical team.
  • Assist with organization, keeping filing room clean and organized, making sure supplies are stocked

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Excellent communicative, planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
  • Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
