We are looking for a professional with pediatric experience to fulfill a role as the Nurse Working directly with the Chief Medical team, you will provide the Top professional care for patients. Preparing processes that cover the scope of care (documentation, medication etc..) While also providing coaching and leadership to the Nursing staff. This will require a level of multitasking and soft skills while also presenting independence and encouragement being part of a strong team interacting with patients and the company as a whole. Building and expanding the working relationship with organizational leaders and team members.

You will also be part of enhancing the patient experience and providing support to ensure they have a one of a kind experience leaves your company as the standard for patient needs, building relationships that will support fulfilling patient needs and maximizing

your potential with future patient experience while maintaining a positive and rich office culture.

Requirements:

Active or temporary Nevada State Board of Nursing license. BSN preferred

APHON Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider Status required.

at least 1 year of Pediatric or PICU experience preferred

At least two (2) years of Hospital experience in the past 3 years required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

1 year of bedside nursing in past two years preferred

PALS certification desired

Excellent communication and soft skills to connect and relate with patients

Maintain strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations

Position requires sedentary work, occasionally lifting up to 10 Pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
