Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Performing Operations Support Associate for our OSH Monetary Servicing Team. This Performing Operations Support Associate will be responsible for handling same day payment processing.
This position will be fulltime onsite at our Oshkosh, WI location. Schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CT
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Process payment and payoffs for motor vehicle portfolio accurately and within established timelines and according to procedures.
- Key in and batch all manual payments from mail receipts into the appropriate system, reflecting payment
- Generate reports reflecting these payments and then distributes data from this report to the designated departments.
- Performs general maintenance on accounts as requested in timely fashion
- Support team members in the completion of weekly assignments.
- Back-up in all other areas as needed on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of experience in business and general office environment
Preferred Skills/Experience
Good understanding of the business and broad office skills
Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
Must be able to cope with irregular work schedules.
