Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-time Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing their busy schedule and day-to-day activities, both personal and professional. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Professional:
Manage CEO's schedule and appointments, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and events
Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of CEO when necessary
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Maintain records and files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Personal:
Light cooking and cleaning
Taking children to and from school and activities
Running errands, such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning
Managing household tasks, such as scheduling appointments for maintenance and repairs
Organizing family events and celebrations
Handling other personal tasks as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have driver license
