Who are you?
You are passionate about acquiring new customer relationships and growing existing ones by connecting with the client to understand and identify their needs, partnering those needs with C&N product/service solutions, to assist clients with originating consumer loans, opening deposit accounts, cross-selling additional product solutions and/or referring opportunities to C&N business partners.
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging in relationship and business development efforts by connecting with customers, understanding and solving their deposit needs, enhancing their knowledge of C&N deposit solutions, and exploring additional ways to nurture and grow the relationship.
- Performing lending functions for borrowers seeking financing for consumer loans.
- Performing branch operations and teller functions by efficiently maintaining accurate teller functions, balancing, and executing other transactions for customers as needed.
Requirements:
You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-4 years of previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Recommended Certifications: NMLS (within 1 year of employment).
Special Requirements: Traveling to assigned branches may be required.
