- Has used, or is willing to use, client automation tools (email, ringless voice mail, text)
- Employee is expected to work in the office (Streetsboro, Ohio)
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of insurance service experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships over the phone and in person.
- License:
- A valid P&C License (Required)
- Experience with AMS 360 & WorkSmart is preferred
- Providing customers with a professional, high-value experience
- Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
- We deal with 25+ "A" Rated Insurance Carriers, so you have the choice on where to place your clients
- Work directly with sales and service teams on daily tasks such as: handling client requests, communicating with clients, projects, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong written communication skills. You should be able to compose your thoughts quickly, type quickly, and have strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Great listening skills
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude every day
- Willingness to do hard things to build and retain client relationships
- A go-getter that takes initiative
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multi-rater systems
- The willingness to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed monthly goals
