• 
  You have strong communication, people and networking skills - someone that can think on their feet and relate to different situations
• You are equipped to function in a competitive environment where self-discipline, self-motivation, and time management are a necessity
• You are collaborative, coachable and willing to commit to continuously learn new skills (including computer software) and operating procedures
• You can make sense of complex customer issues, and effectively and efficiently problem solve for successful customer outcomes
• You are effective at strategizing and building quality prospecting pipelines
• You grow and maintain a high-level of product and value-add services knowledge
• You build key employee relationships with our top local, regional and national carriers

Misc. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of related sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Insurance experience in Ag/Farm is a plus
• Experience with MS office software products preferred
