Repke Fitness is hiring for a Personal Trainer in Millersville, MD! Repke Fitness is not a gym; it's a welcoming place for 1:1 and 2:1 personal training for individuals with fitness goals and specializes in injuries and medical conditions. This is a 1099 Contractor position with full-time hours Monday through Friday, no weekends or Holidays. The fitness center is open Monday - Thursday from 6 am - 8 pm and Fridays from 6 am - 1 pm. Competitive pay, paid Holidays, and no lead generation responsibilities. However, a commission is awarded for bringing in new clients.
Position Summary
- Ensuring the highest level of client service
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and motivating environment
- Regularly personalize fitness training for clients with medical conditions/injuries
- Meet with the team weekly to strategize achieving client goals
- Create workout routines without frequent use of machines or equipment
Position Requirements
- At least two years of personal training or experience working in a physical therapy setting. Experience working with clients with medical conditions or injuries is required.
- A college degree in Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or something a-like can be substituted for hands-on experience
- NCAA Certification is preferred
- Customer service skills
- Ability to create personalized fitness routines without consistent use of machines
- Rapport developing and interpersonal skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
