Job description

K9 Design Pet Grooming is looking for a full-time trained groomer. Salon hours are Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS required!!! The pay is 50% commission, plus tips. Company health insurance available after 3 months of employment. Our facility is 2700 sq. feet, newly remodeled, and a very comfortable working environment. The position is W2. Starting date: July 1, 2023.

The ideal applicant should meet these qualifications: must have a true love for grooming and put the pets and clients first by delivering a positive experience. Must have a passion for pets' safety and health. Willing to contribute to the success of all by getting along with everyone in the salon. Applicants must be able to provide all their own, well maintained, grooming equipment to be able to properly perform their duties. Reliable transportation and excellent references are a must. Knowing how to groom cats is a welcomed plus.

Serious applicants will be required to perform a small selection of cuts before being officially hired so that we can see your magic. This is a paid working interview.
