Title: Travel: Phlebotomist

Location: Waterbury, CT

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights (11pm-7:30am) or Eves (3pm-11:30pm)

Responsibilities may include but not limited to

Summary:
work directly with patients by obtaining blood specimens through venipuncture and/or finger sticks, and prepare specimens for transport and laboratory testing.

Job Requirements:
2 year Phlebotomist skills
MUST HAVE SUNQUEST and BEAKER EXPERIENCE. IT MUST BE REFLECTED ON PROFILE

License and Certificate:

• Phlebotomist Certificate
• BLS (AHA)
• COVID and FLU Vaccinated

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift
• On call
• Rotating shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Waterbury, CT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Phlebotomy: 2 years (Preferred)
• SUNQUEST: 1 year (Preferred)
• BEAKER: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)
