Job Summary and Qualifications

• Under the direction of the Director of Rehab Services, you will evaluate, plan, administer and supervise medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in the acute and outpatient setting.
• You will communicate effectively and document information accurately
• You will care for a wide variety of individuals efficiently and effectively
• You must multi task and prioritize work assignments
• You will use basic computer knowledge.
• You will perform a comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment of assigned patients as evidenced by clinical documentation

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Physical Therapy
• Bachelors Degree
• Masters Degree
