Our firm is conducting a Plant Controller search for our client, a private equity-backed company located in Loveland, Colorado. The company is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated DTC eCommerce retailer of proprietary branded aftermarket off‐road pickup truck and SUV accessories.

The Plant Controller will be a key member of the leadership team by supporting plant operations with accurate and actionable financial insights. This individual must have a detailed understanding of financial and operating metrics, cost accounting, and the levers that drive profitability. This position will collaborate with the manufacturing and operations teams to help improve overall unit profitability.

The Plant Controller will work on-site at the manufacturing / headquarters facility in Loveland, CO, and will report to the CFO and dotted line to the General Manager.

The ideal background includes:

• BS in Accounting (required)

• 7+ years of cost accounting experience in a middle‐market manufacturing company

• Must be well versed in all aspects of GAAP

• ERP experience required

• CPA is preferred, MBA is a plus

• Car enthusiasts a plus

Estimated Compensation: $110k-120k annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
