Mindoula P.C. is seeking a full-time Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide services in a hybrid work environment for our outpatient clinic opening January 3rd in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We partner with organizations across the healthcare ecosystem to solve complex problems that will improve patient experience and drive positive outcomes while lowering the total cost of care by employing proven population health strategies.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial evaluations with varying levels of complexity and follow-up medication management visits
• Monitors patients' medication usage and results
• Documents patients' medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or outcomes
• Diagnoses psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions
• Evaluates patients' behavior to formulate diagnoses or assess treatments

Educational/Licensing Requirements:

• PMHNP-BC with a North Carolina license or willingness to get one (required)
• Resides within the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area
• Willingness to become licensed in other geographies covered by our tele-psychiatry services (preferred)
