Brand new Apartment Community in Porter Ranch, Ca. is in search of a full time Porter/Housekeeping Associate responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community. The position involves the use of various cleaning solvents and chemicals and may require heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. We are seeking a responsible and dependable candidate. Work schedule includes weekends.

Porter/housekeeping responsibilities include:

·Maintain facilities through daily cleaning, washing and mopping of offices, clubhouse, exercise equipment, rest rooms, pool deck and pool furniture, models and grounds.

·Performs daily property walks of tour routes, pending move-in units and target units ensuring all areas are considered “market ready”.

·Completes basic maintenance tasks including turnover cleaning, light landscaping, painting, picking up trash and power washing with minimum supervision.

·Disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials, which may include removal of debris, left in vacated apartments.

·Operate various mechanized equipment such as vacuums, blowers etc.

·Handling of various cleaning solvents, chemicals etc.

·Using safety precautions in all housekeeping services.

·Ability to follow instructions and work successfully with teammates and independent of constant supervision.

·Occasionally will need to be available for weekend and holiday events. Knowledge of basic housekeeping duties and procedures.

·Maintaining and organizing supplies
