- Parking and retrieving customer vehicles.
- Test drive customer trucks when needed for the shop if employee has valid commercial drivers license.
- Ability to operate automatic or manual transmission vehicle.
- Assist Service Advisors in the service drive including recording pertinent customer vehicle information, greeting customers in a friendly and inviting fashion.
- At the direction of the Service Manager, assist other departments with daily needs pertaining to lot management.
- Wash, Clean and Sanitize customer vehicles as directed by Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.
- Detail trucks for sales department when needed.
- Maintain and clean drivers lounge as needed.
- General shop and grounds maintenance when needed.
- Shuttle customers when needed.
- Perform deliveries and errands as required.
- Return vehicle keys to appropriate designated spot.
- Pick up parts from parts department.
- Assist with shop cleanup as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team

Self-motivated and professional

Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by company's liability insurance. Commercial license a plus

Must have ability to multi-task

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational skills

CDL a plus (Class A or B)
