Position Overview

Ed Morse Powersports is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Saint Robert team!

Saint Robert, MO

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should be able to take on many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership including, but not limited to, generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team and ensuring that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • The professional completion of all sales related paperwork.
  • Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • New or Pre-owned Sales Manager experience a must.
  • We are looking for a digital savvy individual and hands on with his/her teammates. Not afraid to make calls as it’s a requirement to lead by example.
  • 3 years OEM Sales Manager experience a Plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of Management experience
  • Steady work history and a proven track record of success
  • Must be able to manage several team members
  • Dealership Management System experience is a huge plus
  • Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must.
  • Qualified candidates should be self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills.
  • Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
