Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for Prep Cooks who take pride in their work and enjoy providing a quality product to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. In this role you will be entrusted with maintaining our commitment to deliver high standards of service, quality and pride in all that we do.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help prepare meals by chopping vegetables
• Making salads
• Assembling entrees.
• Storage of leftover food
• Washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior relevant experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
• He or She must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self- motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred
• Previous culinary experience
• Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication
• Positive attitude
• Requires the ability to Stand, stoop, bend and twist for the duration of shifts.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At all times provides a favorable image of company to coworkers and guest.
