Job description

The Salad Maker prepares salads in accordance with all production and recipe standards. Consistently portions products to company standards. Properly uses equipment to ensure portion controls, food quality, and equipment longevity.

A Prep Cook will perform routine kitchen tasks such as the production of high volume items, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.

• Handling of large kitchen equipment
• Inspecting quality of produce order; check, date, & rotate
• Dishwashing
• Prep majority of the food including chopping: Lettuce, tomatoes, & cucumbers
• Maintains a clean prep area and follows all recipe procedures
• Builds & tosses salads. Serves to guests at pick up counter
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
