We are looking for a Cooks and Dishwashers to join our growing team.

AC Kitchen is a multi-faceted, food brand focused on personalized nutrition. We are currently operating an organic, customized meal delivery operation serving clients from Boston to NYC as well as virtually. At the helm is Chef Allen Campbell who brings years of industry experience, in-depth knowledge of nutrition and creative talent to craft a one-of a kind food experience.

Both of Allen's publications are with professional athletes. The TB12 Nutrition Manual and The Game of Eating Smart were done with coauthored with former client Tom Brady as well as MLB and the top MLB players in the league. His menus, and meal plans are helping to shape a better future for American food culture. This organic, seasonal approach accommodates the growing demand for nutrition-forward menus at all levels of the food service industry.

The ideal candidate for the Cook role will be knowledgeable in the following:

- 5 years experience in an upscale, professional kitchen.
- Knife skills
- All food preparation skills
- Proper storage of all food, raw, cooked, and ready to eat.
- Intermediate knowledge of commonly used vegetables, grains, legumes, animal proteins, nuts, seeds, spices, and herbs.
- Sustainable and ethical food operation practices.

Preferred but not mandatory education:
- Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management degree or certificate
- Massachusetts driver's license

This position is full time - 35+ hours a week.
