Pebbles Preschool and Kindergarten, a ministry of The Rock Church in Sparks, Nevada, is looking for a Full Time Van Driver & Before/After Care Teacher. Training will be provided. The shift would be 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the middle part of the work day, this position requires offering classroom support, assistance, and breaks to teachers, assistant teachers, staff, etc. in various classrooms.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to meet the required qualifications for care givers in Washoe County including fingerprinting and background check through Washoe County Human Services. Background Check and Negative TB test required for employment. You must have a current Nevada Driver's License to be considered for this position.

We are looking for applicants that love working with children and families. Applicants are preferred to have previous experience in a classroom and are confident in their teaching style and skills. However, experience is not required as long as you are enthusiastic and excited about shaping and influencing children's lives!

The right applicant will be well organized, energetic, have a good attitude, dependable, and able to multi-task. Punctuality, attendance, and consistency are essential to being successful in this position.

We are a Christian based school whose stated purpose is to provide a Christian based education in a safe, nurturing and loving environment. We embed Christian education and concepts into the learning objectives. Applicants will welcome the task of teaching, nurturing and ministering to our precious students while practicing Christian values.

Salary is competitive and based upon prior experience and education. Center hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional weeknights/weekends may be required time to time.
