Responsibilities:
- The President, St. Joseph's Hospital South is responsible for the leadership, planning, development, approvals, transition from construction to startup of hospital, and recruitment for both medical staff and team members.
- Responsible for working with appropriate support areas to maintain and manage the overall operations of the hospital to include medical staff development, facility maintenance & construction, patient experience, etc.
- The President is accountable for ensuring that SJHS fulfills its strategic role within the overall vision and strategy for St. Joseph's Baptist (SJB).
- As a member of the Senior Management Team, the President shares in the formulation of the vision, strategy, goals and policy for SJB.
Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 5 years Hospital/Healthcare leadership experience at a director-level or above.
- Preferred Experience is Hospital President experience and/or Hospital Operations director experience.
Required Education
- Master's in Business Administration OR Healthcare Administration OR Related Field
