Job Title: Set-up Operator

Position Summary:

The Set-up Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. They need to read production packet packets to ensure the final product meets the technical and quality specifications define by the customer. The Set-up operator must perform preventative and minor repairs to the press. The operator must keep accurate and legible documentation of their work (production logs and cards) The operator is also required to keep work area, machines, and tools clean and in good working condition.

Key Objectives/Top Performance Results Expected:

• To set up and operate high speed coining press
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition
• Troubleshoot mechanical issuesand resolve problems
• Other duties as assigned

Education Required: High School graduate; vocational school

Skills Required: Strong Mechanical Aptitudewith the ability to use measurement tools (micrometer, scale, calipers) must be able to work well in a team environment.

Test Score Minimum: Must successfully pass established test for this position BMCT, WPT, POI

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs

***Will have to pass an aptitude test on site

Hours: 1st shift Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm

Salary Range: $18.00 – 22.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
