Deltas Revenue Management team drives decisions that result in industry-leading profitability, revenue performance, and customer trust. We are currently seeking individuals to join the team, where the selected candidate will be responsible for helping maintain competitive posture as it pertains to Delta's fares, rules, pricing policies, procedures, and programs. Each Pricing team is responsible for the ongoing strategy, tactics, and execution of Deltas market level pricing within that region and for the analysis of its resulting performance. As a global airline, our pricing experts support various regions across the world. The successful candidate will assume pricing responsibilities for the Latin (Caribbean, Central and South America, and Mexico JCA with Aero Mexico) Revenue Management team, the Transpacific Revenue Management team (Korea JV with Korean Air, Japan, Australia, and China)or Transatlantic (Atlantic JV partners Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic supporting Europe, Africa, and the Middle East) Revenue Management team.

Pricing Team Functions
- Monitor, initiate and communicate industry pricing actions including changes to fare levels, fare rules, policies, and pricing strategy execution
- Proactively manage Deltas fare structure including prices and fare rules
- Identify and analyze market issues and trends, determining appropriate pricing actions, filing of actions, and post-audit assessment of actions
- Synthesize high-level trends and market specific data to establish a fare structure to best segment customers and maximize revenue
- Provide technical pricing support to other revenue management groups and both internal and external distribution channels and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Inventory Management, Network Planning, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on market level strategies
- Partner with ATPCO, all Global Distribution Systems, the Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to develop, support and enhance the functionality of automated pricing and distribution systems
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual contributor
- Embrace diverse people, thinking and styles

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be detail-oriented, have proven analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in a time sensitive team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines, service level commitments, and handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to set priorities in a time sensitive environment based on revenue impact and be able to manage several responsibilities at once
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
- Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Familiarity with airline economic and industry experience preferred
- Preferred major in Business, Finance, Economics, and Marketing, Statistics and/or equivalent number of years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
