A qualified RN Intake Specialist at our Home Care agency will perform the initial client evaluation, perform supervisory visits and develop the plan of care. Visits can be onsite (assisted living or home setting) or virtual.
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Ability to accurately and thoroughly assess patients telephonically, virtually, and/or face to face
- Works well with others in a team environment and independent.
- Professional, dependable, innovative problem solver, flexible, organized, and task oriented. Work will take place in a combination of clients’ homes.
- The role pays $75 per intake. Each intake is 45 min to 1 hour Max.
