· Description:
Who we’re looking for
o Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department (IPSS) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Procurement Systems Administrator.
o Reporting to the IPSS Manager of Process & Compliance, the person in this role will provide on-going operational support for the Ariba Buying & Invoice (B&I) module including incident resolution and systems administration.
What you’ll be doing
o Provide customer support in a timely manner via incident resolution, trouble shooting and process governance for Ariba B&I module.
o Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module.
o Reviews and monitors current processes.
o Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I
o Assist with the Ghost Pcard reconciliation process which are used as the primary payment mechanism for catalog orders.
o Provide project support for various IPSS initiatives related to process improvement efforts and system enhancements.
o Provide backup support for Procurement Operations team which may include catalogs, Supplier or Contracts/Sourcing modules.
What you bring (required)
o Experience in SAP Ariba OR relevant procurement system
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (min of 5 years professional experience if no degree)
o Experience in procurement, business analysis or strategic analysis (3+ year requirement)
o Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems
o Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
o Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
o Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to have (Assets):
o Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
o Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
o Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules
Top 3 skills:
o Ariba (1st Preference) OR any Procurement system admin experience.
o Computer Savvy - Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
o Good Communication
