Position:

The Product Application Support Specialist is a customer support position that will be responsible for recording and documenting interactions, problems, and resolutions. Triage requests and send to other staff where appropriate. Update user documentation and frequently asked questions. Work with customers to resolve tickets, following protocols.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Research - Evaluate system errors reported by Customers

  • Assist with escalations from the level 1 team

  • Collaborate with Account Management and Development on Customer efforts and issues

  • Collaborate with customers to maintain top issues list

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma AND 4 years of professional work experience

  • 2+ years of technical support OR product application support experience

  • 2+ years of experience handling customer escalations

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Experience working within the Healthcare IT industry

  • Knowledge of PDX/EPS pharmacy software and operating platforms

  • Understand HIPAA compliance regulations

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using Unix

  • Experience using SQL

The base pay range for this position is $15.01 - $33.40
