Join our Staples Cyber Fraud Detection team to find and prevent fraud in the growing world of ecommerce sales.
What you’ll be doing:
The Product Manager III Cyber Fraud is responsible for partnering with the Business to support and enhance the fraud infrastructure with the latest anti-fraud strategies and capabilities. This position represents a unique opportunity to not only help shape the technologies and Products in the Agile environment, but the opportunity to gain hands on experience working in the intense fast paced world of fighting fraud.
What you bring to the table:
- Get it done by supporting the fraud team’s product needs to ensure we are optimizing our risk modelling strategies.
- Win together with the various technology teams, creating positive outcomes with competing priorities.
- Keep it simple through maintaining and improving processes around fraud.
- Create and implement new initiatives & capabilities.
- Use your technical know-how to deliver for customers, enabling the fraud team to quickly implement data driven strategies for mitigating e-commerce fraud and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing technology product roadmaps for large organizations.
- Experience working with development & release teams.
- Experience writing user stories/features as well as general SAFe agile principles.
- Experience in a large ecommerce or other b2b or consumer facing technology/web environment.
- Working knowledge of databases and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Word)
- Experience in Card Not Present fraud a plus
- Experienced in authoring data visualization capabilities (Tableau, PowerBI) dashboards for management audiences.
- SQL or Python experience a plus, but not required.
- High energy, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong ability to support multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, well developed interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to follow-up under complex situations.
- Entrepreneurial mentality; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
