Stellantis is transforming into a customer centric mobility company and is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. The newly created software organization, SWX, will drive personalized mobility experiences to exceed customer expectations by leveraging the latest technology.

As the Sr. Mgr. of Product, Wi-Fi onboard connectivity, you will own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wi-Fi offerings globally. Collaborating closely with the SWX Business Teams around the world, you will define a roadmap to complement the Commercial Strategy(ies) for Subscription Services globally.

You will also partner with Subscription Services Engineering and Design leads to design, build, and launch Wi-Fi connectivity products that meet and exceed consumer expectations. Using Competitive, Market, and Consumer Research, you will streamline the approach for providing Wi-Fi onboard connectivity to our customers and ensure teams are focused on launching using Lean Startup best-practices where hypothesis(es) is used to test against. As possible, you will develop build, measure, learn cycles with the core team and partners from the Data team to make product improvement decisions based on data-driven insights.

You will influence the success of SWX as a key contributor to the product vision and roadmap of this core service by providing Stellantis customers the best in-class onboard Wi-Fi connectivity experience. Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Review and analyze current approach to onboard Wi-Fi connectivity within the Subscription Services being offered in key regions, NA, EMEA, SA, and IAP. Make recommendation(s) in how best to approach the Wi-Fi mission, vision, product roadmap, staffing recommendations, and associated business (MVNO, Data provider) partnerships.

Lead product definition end-to-end across all customer interaction channels (web, mobile, in-vehicle) and throughout the product development process

Ensure product provides streamlined customer experiences and flexibility to support multiple regions and future product evolution

Work cross functionally with other product areas within the software organization and across the enterprise where the Wi-Fi product is included

Maintain a product backlog to meet stakeholder needs that is transparent, visible, and well understood

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional objectives, epics/capabilities/user stories, logical architectures, and UX/UI concepts

Collaborate with the team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests

Coordinate dependencies with other product owners within the software organization

Support communication of delivery timelines, status, risks, and escalations to the leadership team

Continuously research industry developments, new market trends and understand how onboard Wi-Fi products are performing with current customers

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
10 years overall experience

8 years of product management experience ​

Experience working in within Agile software development environment(s)/methodologies

Business technical product manager who can lead complex cross company efforts ​

Excel at several core competencies including business acumen, domain knowledge, strategic thinking, analytical and leadership attributes ​

Excellent customer intuition – develop innovative product solutions from the ground up based on a deep understanding of customer needs ​

Track record of shipping multiple successful products that have moved the needle on key business and customer metrics ​

Strong collaboration skills, proven to influence senior leaders, can quickly earn trust of teams

Strong ownership and bias for action ​

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field

Expertise in Connectivity and Connected Services in the automotive space

Experience working with service-oriented architectures (SOA)

Background in product ownership of automotive products is a plus

A software development background with experience in one or more programming languages (i.e., C++, Java, Python)
