About This Role

We are looking for a full-time Product Operations Lead to handle overseeing Product Operation specialists. Part of this role will include going over the performance of other specialists and providing tips and helpful feedback to those employees. The ideal candidate has consistently submitted quality work and demonstrated impressive leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Participate in all responsibilities listed for Product Operation Specialists as needed

• Lead the Product Operations team by example through complying with all processes and SOPs

• Supporting efforts around the accumulation of metric as requested by Supervisors and Directors

• Making sure that the Late Night Operations team receives necessary shift endorsements

• Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested

• Editing playbook and SOP documents

• Keep up with product automations from product team

• Managing player database

• Aiding the training of new employees and new sports for existing team members

• Updating rules for new sports

• Maintain working knowledge of all policies and procedures

• Offer input and insight on how to better existing processes

• Use of ScoreKeeper to aid with live scoring

• Creating new leagues

• Use of Mass Refund Dashboard
  

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Deep passion for sports & startups

• Quick learner

• Excellent written and verbal communicator

• Sense of urgency when working

• Comfortable working in fast-paced & highly collaborative startup environment

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Ability to work autonomously as part of a fast-growing team

• Strong understanding of sports vocabulary

• Experience with data verification

• Swift problem solver

• Weekend working hours

• 5 day weekly availability covering 40 hours per week

• Mastery of all Product Operation activities

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Time management and organizational skills

• Able to work successfully in a team environment

• High degree of integrity
