Eccolo is fast-growing wholesale gift and stationery company based in Brooklyn, NY. We are 2 blocks from the F and G trains on the Church Ave stop.

We are looking for an entry-level position in our production department. This position will assist management in coordinating and planning production activities. Ideal candidates will have a high level of organization and some office experience. Experience in a wholesale company is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Data entry

· Item set up

· Purchase orders

· Customer tickets processing

· Heavy emailing

· Other production related duties

Qualifications

· You have a strong attention to detail and are incredibly organized.

· You can easily plan your day and adhere to established deadlines.

· You use your energy and enthusiasm to keep yourself motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.

· Flexibility and willingness to learn and react quickly to changing demands of a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Willingness and ability to expand knowledge and skills to develop the potential for advancement.

1-2 years of experience a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, excel and word) is required.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime.
