6am-2:30pm 1st shift
2:15pm-12:45am 2nd shift

Aventure Staffing has an exciting opportunity for several Production Workers to join the team at our client's soybean production facility in Jackson, MN! As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of operations and areas from the plant to the field as our activities vary through the agricultural season cycle. We welcome candidates with steady employment history who are eager to learn and grow from any industry background to apply! We have an engaged team that works well together and has fun producing high quality seed. Our work environment is positive and we are committed to product quality and safe work performance. Responsibilities:

• Plant operations activities such as receiving, pre-cleaning, conditioning, treating, packaging, palletizing, etc
• Return and rework activities
• Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A Valid Driver's License
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
• General Knowledge of agriculture practices
