Production Maintenance Technician

The working schedule will be 2nd/3rd shift Monday-Friday.

Summary – We have an opportunity for a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in the New Kensington facility. Your role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of plant operations to enable efficient, high-quality production of American-made filters. Responsibilities:

• Servicing and maintaining machines on site.
• Preventive maintenance is performed regularly.
• Machine breakdowns are repaired promptly.
• Keeping current and accurate records of maintenance
• The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for ensuring that the buildings and grounds are in good repair and that all aspects of the physical plant are kept in safe operational condition.
• You will be expected to Manage, plan, monitor & update an effective & efficient maintenance program.
• Experience in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Keep equipment up to code (OSHA and Safety requirements)
• Assist with continuous improvement of the production facility regarding planning and execution of improvement projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
