Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our marketing department’s Creative Services video team. As a Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content to promote our brand. You’ll work closely with fellow videographers and performance marketing experts to create visually engaging and compelling video content that impacts our target audiences. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality videos on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality video content for our marketing department’s paid video team, with a particular emphasis on short form paid video
• Responsibly manage all aspects of video post production, including logging footage, editing, color correction, audio mixing & final delivery
• Iterate on existing ads and footage for the purposes of refining creative and testing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, equipment, and software to keep our production quality competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years relevant experience in Video Production, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of video editing and compositing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
• A passion for data, iteration, and optimization with video concepts and variation
• Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work
• Experience with video production for marketing or advertising is a plus

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of video shooting techniques and equipment, including lighting, composition, and camera movements
