Filler - Responsible for filling cylinders with agent, applying anti-corrosion coating, cleaning, checking for leaks and inspecting before stocking or pulling to meet orders. Oversees operation of the agent recovery area and equipment by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Calibrates and operates fill station and fills cylinders.*
• Conducts leak test, applies anti-corrosion coating and cleans and stocks filled cylinders.*
• Determines agent weight and pressure necessary for filling.*
• Determines correct agent used to fill cylinder.*
• Inspects cylinders per spec sheet.*
• Labels cylinders accordingly.*
• Completes all required logs and paperwork.*
• Cross train and be able to perform as many other production jobs as possible.*
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.*

Packer - Contributes in final preparation of fire suppression unit components for packaging before shipment, for final packaging of fire suppression units and for all other components for shipment by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans and inspects all products prior to labeling and packing for shipment.*
• Assembles boxes, lists carton contents, records counts of boxes and pallets and records weights and dimensions on work orders.*
• Records pertinent information on each carton, selects correct pallet type, assembles pallet and straps, wraps and moves boxes and pallets to shipping area.*
• Verifies packed, completed orders for accuracy and correct labeling.*
• Completes all required logs and paperwork.*
• Coordinates correct carrier selection with Shipping Department if necessary.*
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.*

Sub-Assembler - Responsible for pre-assembly of components for assembly into extinguishers by performing the following duties. Maintains and enforces adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble manifold.*
• Assemble switch.*
• Assemble light kits.*
• Assemble instruction manual kits.*
• Assemble release brackets and release kits.*
• Monitor and maintain adequate parts inventory.*
• Complete all required logs and paperwork.*
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.*
• Cut siphon tube to proper length.*
• Set fixtures for glue ups.*
• Glue siphon tube to manifold.*
• Monitor and maintains adequate glue up inventory.*
• Complete all required logs and paperwork.*
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.*

Electronics Assembly Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble and test electronic fire protection and system devices in accordance with QA approved procedures and drawings.
• Inspection and acceptance of electronic devices in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and processes.
• Provide support to engineers in the development of processes and drawings.
• Provide rework support.
• Maintain and control inventory of Electrics department components & products.
• Pull and package parts in accordance to Work Orders.
• Provide troubleshooting support for customers in a professional & timely manner.
• Provide Acceptance Testing of Electronic devices.
• Create and maintain assembly and test documentation.
• Create and maintain test fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $16.50 per hour
