Do you love dogs? Do you love being outside? Do you love being outside WITH dogs?! Happy Paws Unleashed in Topsham, Maine has a full time opening for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented person to join our Canine Teacher and Pack Leader team!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) supervising dogs of all breeds and sizes, teaching and coaching of dogs with consistency and patience, maintaining cleanliness of the entire facility inside and out, feeding and or medication, phone and computer software use and human customer service skills with accuracy.

It is important to note that this is an all-weather position; whether in the rain, light snow, or even perfectly sunny days, dogs want to play outside, and so should you! Interested candidates must show a history of dependability with references, must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lb while being quick on your feet, must be able to multi-task, have strong customer service skills, and have a love and compassion for all dogs.

Prior experience with dogs is highly preferred, but is not necessary for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $19.00 per hour
