Responsibilities for Supervisors in Training:

• Leadership training and development for readiness in a supervisory role.
• A willingness to learn how to be a Weed Man Technician
• Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications
• Perform lawn aerations
• Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service

• Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
• Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded
• Clearly communication with your manager and/or supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
