Aptive is seeking a Program Controls Analyst with demonstrated experience in managing a multi award IDIQ. Primary job will be in support of a Portfolio of hybrid contracts, Time and Material (T&M) and Fixed Price, with a total of over $20M/year. This support will include detailed tracking of funding for the T&M contracts, including separate travel and Other Direct Charge (ODC) lines. This is a remote, full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and producing financial reports and analysis
- Project schedule analysis, budget and actuals tracking, forecasting, funding and performance management
- Transform data into comprehensive reporting for business management and decision-making
- Maintain and monitor performance metrics and forecasts
- Ability to interact with Project Managers and Corporate Services including Contracts and Accounting
- Work with Comptroller and Accounting to establish and refine Estimate at Completion models and prepare revenue and costs forecasts
- Work with Program/Project Managers to review program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and determine if the program is proceeding within available funding and remaining consistent with goals
- Identify funding risk and report them to Comptroller
- Update weekly and monthly program level reporting deliverables for customers
- Review monthly invoices provided by accounting; troubleshoot as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Management or related field.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relative experience
- Prior experience in a multi-award IDIQ
- Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
- Ability and desire to provide extraordinary customer-service to internal customers
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communications skills and ability to deal effectively with customers, peers, client, and management
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in O365 tools
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail
- Excellent ability to communicate across most mediums and settings
- Knowledge of military and Veteran populations
