CLEAResult is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our New England team to provide administrative and customer support to the delivery of programs and services to CLEAResult clients, customers, contractors and field staff. Administrative requirements are defined by the program contract and may vary based on the services provided.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedule activities, contacting field staff, supervisors or inter-departmental staff members as needed
- Respond to field staff requests for information, changes or paperwork to complete their assignments
- Populate, prepare and distribute inspection forms
- Review/edit inspection reports for completeness, formatting and grammar
- Process files and enter tracking data
- Maintain tracking and reporting systems
- Input, verify and correct data for monthly program reporting
- Prepare reports as required to meet program specifications
- Assist in monthly invoicing process by checking and verifying data
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent education required, some college preferred
- 2-4 years administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Detail orientation and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
- Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required
- Previous database experience preferred
Salary - $20.00 - $23.00/HR
