Job description
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing program and project management strategies, processes, and tools to enable Venus programs to complete successfully, on schedule, and on budget. You will be working directly with the program managers. You will jointly develop implementable program plans reflecting key milestones and resource constraints in order to meet all Venus commitments. What You Have:
- B.S. Engineering or Science degree
- 5-10 years experience in project management or program management office environment
- Hands on expertise with professional scheduling and project control tools
- Experience with program planning, logic-linked scheduling and program change control management, cost-account management, and performance management
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills focusing on overall execution success and high attention to detail
- Position is on-site in Houston TX, relocation support not available for this position
What Will Set You Apart:
- Experience with risk management, configuration management and requirement management.
- Experience in system engineering fundamentals in complex aerospace programs
