OVERVIEW:
SALARY & BENEFITS:
The Program Manager I, provides day to day management, supervision, and program development for the Fairview Home Assisted Living Facility. Provides direct clinical, programmatic, and administrative supervision and support to all program staff. Oversees appropriate completion of client and program records and quality improvement efforts. Ensures staff adhere to policy and procedure and standards for client care. Ensures all programs meet productivity, budget, utilization, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Provides leadership to ensure services are coordinated with other service components within the agency and the community. Develops and maintains relationships with all agency staff, other Community Services Board (CSB) programs, and stakeholders. Provides direct clinical services to individuals, groups, and families as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid driver’s license (state of Virginia, unless otherwise approved by agency) with an acceptable driving record. Must maintain acceptable record throughout employment.
Must have an acceptable criminal history background and child protective services check upon hire and maintained throughout employment;
Must have acceptable drug screen results upon hire.

Graduation from an accredited university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services related field or current licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical Nurse (LPN) is required.
Licensure or licensure eligibility as an Assisted Living Facility administrator through the Virginia Board of Long-Term Care Administrators is required.
If not a licensed nurse, registration with the Virginia Board of Nursing Medication Technician is required.
Experience providing supervision in a team setting is required.
